1. General provisions

1.1. This document outlines the rules for processing personal data and the use of cookies within the auction platform operated by Evocaro Sp. z o.o., based at ul. Hubska 52/14, 50-502 Wrocław, Poland, NIP: 8992848529 (hereinafter: “Administrator”).
1.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and the Polish Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018.
1.3. By using the platform, the User accepts the terms described in this Privacy Policy.

b) Executing rental transactions – to ensure customer support and contact (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR)
c) Handling complaints and inquiries – to respond to issues or questions related to the platform (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR)
d) Marketing activities – with user consent, to provide information about offers and promotions (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR)
e) Legal compliance – including tax and accounting obligations (legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR)

4. Data recipients

Data may be shared with:
